Reyez Construction is expanding Gilbert’s North Water Treatment Plant, which treats available surface water supplied by the Salt and Verde rivers as well as groundwater.  The plant provides drinking water to over 150,000 of Gilbert’s residents and is the primary water source for the Downtown Heritage District, Northwest Redevelopment District, Gateway Employment Corridor, and Banner Gateway Medical Center Campus. This project hits close to home, as many members of the construction team are Gilbert residents. This is the biggest project the Town of Gilbert has taken on to date and provides an essential resource for a community where we live and work.
