Project Overview

For this unique project in downtown Tempe, Reyez Construction transformed an entire city block from a parking lot into a 407-unit residential and retail mixed-use space. Union Tempe features two towers; the first is 20 stories, and the second is 12, both with primarily studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The second tower includes walk-up city homes and flats wrapping around the first four stories. The development also includes more than 31,000 square feet of prominent retail, restaurant and office space.


Residents have access to top-of-the-line amenities, including a shared fifth-floor outdoor space which includes a fire pit lounge, VIP Cabanas, a resort-style pool including cabanas, a barbeque area, as well as a yoga area. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness center, a think-tank business center, a dog park, a pet bathing station, and a bike workroom with storage for more than 450 bikes to support Tempe’s bike-friendly community. Residential and public parking are available in a four-level podium that houses an 800-stall parking garage.
