This project was delivered as one of the City of Scottsdale’s first Construction Manager at Risk projects, recognizing the critical need for design and construction professionals to work together from concept to completion, with the stakeholders who would ultimately solve crimes in the facility.  The Scottsdale Forensic Crime Laboratory and Police Evidence Facility is located on an 18-acre site. The two-story, precast, pre-stressed reinforced concrete building houses one of the most advanced forensic laboratories in the state of Arizona.
