Project Overview
Reyez Construction completed a campus expansion project for Inspirata Pointe at Royal Oaks that added a new neighborhood of independent living dwellings and common amenities, including two new dining venues and additional underground and on-grade parking. The expansion sits on an eight-acre parcel immediately adjacent to the west edge of the campus and is comprised of eight buildings.
Two of the buildings are comprised of independent living villas with detached garages connected via open air breezeways. These two-story structures include units that range from 1,450 square feet to 1,850 square feet. Four adjacent buildings have smaller condo-style independent living spaces that range from 900 square feet to 1,200 square feet. These condo-style structures are comprised of: two three-story structures and two four-story structures, with each pair of buildings connected via open-air bridges. There is a one-story amenities structure and commons area with two separate, enclosed pavilions connected by outdoor covered spaces and walkways that serve as a gateway to the new independent living neighborhood. One of the pavilions in the common area features a lobby, classroom, mail center, public restrooms and employee center. The second pavilion has a bar, casual dining venue, elevated dining venue, and outdoor fireplace and dining space. Beneath all of these buildings, Reyez constructed an underground parking structure that has space for 141 cars and 31 golf carts.
There is also an assisted living complex on site to provide an expanded Complete Supportive Living (CSL) program. The existing structure called the Friendship House was previously built by Reyez Construction and underwent some renovations and remodeling to accommodate the additions. Adjacent to the Friendship House, Reyez built a new wellness and rehab facility that serves the CSL program, containing a clinical exam suite, physical and occupational therapy and rehab gym and a therapy pool with vertical lift.
