This senior living project consists of multiple buildings on a new 80-acre campus site and represents the first phase of what is a planned 1 million-square-foot facility. The first phase consists of a five-story, 166 unit, 350,000-square-foot facility with a detached two-level parking structure, resort-level amenity building and significant site development. Amenities include multiple dining venues, , kitchen, pool and spa, and multi-use rooms, gym and more. The units offer residents a higher degree of customization than a typical multifamily apartment complex. Residents will be able to . select features such as cabinetry, many finishes, and paint colors. The project also has a significant concrete component, as the majority of the structure will be constructed as a cast-in-place facility.
