Project Overview

The original Fort McDowell facility, a 40,000-square-foot small bingo hall built in 1983, was gutted, remodeled and expanded by Reyez Construction. The new 68,000-square-foot casino opened in 1995 as the first gaming facility constructed under a fully negotiated gaming compact in Arizona. The project included a bingo hall, 475 slot machines, 40 poker tables, a 100-seat keno area, two kitchens, snack bar and cafeteria. Reyez also constructed a wastewater facility concurrently to accommodate the new casino.
