The new three-story, 73,000-square-foot T2 Residence Hall houses up to 282 students. The building’s shape creates a welcoming effect that funnels residents and visitors to its center from both the interior wings and the parking areas outside. Inside the building lobbies and common areas, angled walls open the space to the surrounding views.

Both sides of the central commons are occupied by programmed areas for shared use by residents. These include large, open study rooms, a common-use kitchen and dining spaces, as well as game rooms and a fitness area. Each space promotes the kind of communal interaction that is paramount to the college experience.
