Project Overview
Famous for its iconic architecture, Reyez Construction is renovating the historic Biltmore Golf Club in Phoenix in two phases. The first phase includes a new golf shop, member facilities and underground golf cart storage. Phase Two consists of a new restaurant, kitchen, bar, piano lounge, ballroom, private conference room, rooftop lounge, outdoor patio seating, outdoor event space, water features and fireplaces. Once complete, parking at the golf club will be expanded and resort-style landscaping will blend with the surrounding Biltmore community and resort.
The Biltmore Hotel is famous for its iconic architecture and pre-cast “Biltmore Blocks,” which are the result of a collaboration between Albert Chase McArthur and Frank Lloyd Wright. Reyez Construction is self-performing a concrete finishing technique known as board-form. Board-form concrete is a process that leaves a wood grain image on the finished face of concrete creating a stylized look. This texture will aid in blending the architecture of modern and historic buildings together, aligning with the integrity of the original design.
