Vice President - Estimating

Reyn Shibata has over 25 years of construction experience executing various types of heavy civil engineering projects for both the private and public sector from bidding to project management. He joined Reyez Construction in 2006 as Project Manager with the primary responsibility of overseeing various design-bid-build and alternate delivery projects. His duties included constructability and biddability reviews, schedule development, construction phasing, budget management, labor force utilization, subcontractor management, and issues resolution. In 2016 Reyn was promoted to Chief Estimator and in 2021 was named Vice President, Estimating. As Vice President, Estimating at Reyez Construction Reyn oversees seeking project opportunities, developing detailed and competitive estimates, and creating budgets.

Reyn graduated cum laude in civil engineering from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona.
