Vice President - Operations
As Vice President, Mike is responsible for the management of design-build operations and staff development.
Mr. Laudre is a registered civil engineer with over 30-years of design and construction experience having completed numerous multi-disciplined civil engineering improvement projects for various clients throughout the southwestern United States.
Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 1992. After graduating, he entered the construction industry as a quality control engineer in support of the Santa Ana River mainstem improvements where he was recognized by the US Army Corps of Engineers for providing an exceptional quality control inspection program.
After completing the Santa Ana River improvement contract, Mike transitioned to the professional engineering service industry where he obtained his professional licensure and spent the next 20 years providing professional civil engineering services to various local, state, and federal clients. In 2009, Reyez Construction became a client where Mike fulfilled the role of Designer-of-Record (DOR) on numerous design-build projects for NAVFAC SW. In 2013, Mike completed the design of the Green Beach Operations Access Points project when he was offered a position at Reyez with the unique opportunity to manage the construction of the project that he just finished designing.
Since 2013, Mike has been committed to the success of Reyez Construction, collaborating with customers to provide integrity, trust, safety, and quality workmanship.
