Project Director

Juan Marin has over 16 years of construction management experience. Prior to joining Reyez Construction, Juan worked as a project manager and project engineer at both SSC Construction and WM Lyles Co. on various heavy civil wastewater treatment and water/ wastewater distribution projects.

Since joining Reyez Construction as a project manager in 2012, Juan has worked on various Design-Build (DB) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB) projects including complex bridges, storm water capture, and other heavy civil construction projects for the Federal Government and other public works agencies. His management experience has involved all phases of the project cycle from pre-construction to project closeout.

Juan was promoted to project director in 2018. Since then, he has helped formalize various operational aspects of the company. Juan has also utilized his experience to provide insight, and leadership in project management, scheduling, value engineering, problem solving, risk analysis, and oversight on different project delivery methods.

Juan graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering.
