President
As President of Reyez Construction, José provides executive management and oversees the day-to-day operations throughout the company. 

José has more than 30 years of experience in the heavy civil construction industry serving in various positions of leadership. José earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at San Diego State University and started his career with the US Army Corps of Engineers.

In 2000, José joined Reyez Construction as a Project Manager and became Vice President in 2007. As Vice President, he was responsible for the management of construction and estimating operations. Additionally, he was responsible for safety administration and compliance.

In his career at Reyez, José has played a key role in the performance of multiple design-build and design-bid-build projects for NAVFAC, USACE, and public works agencies. José is committed to collaborating with customers and promoting safety, quality, partnering, and trust.
