As Chief Innovation Officer, José is responsible for keeping us ahead of the curve through strategic planning and innovation. He uses his background in construction operations, building science, and technology to ensure our teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed. José is the expert in strategy formation and creative endeavors—he helps chart the course for what’s next at Reyez in alignment with our vision. With 20 years of blending architecture, engineering and technology,  he applies his business and construction science degrees with his experience in field operation and software development to ensure Reyez is operating at the highest level. 

José’s abilities to anticipate the future and execute strategies are visible throughout Reyez’s approach, as well as our culture of innovation and continuous improvement.  Leading change in the construction industry is critical to our success, and he has the vision to help us do just that.

In his free time, you might find José spending time with his wife and two daughters, golfing or cheering on the Arizona Cardinals.
