As a second generation leader of Reyez Construction, Inc., Luis Reyez Jr. is committed to carrying forward his family’s legacy of building a better Arizona, and to that end, a better America. Growing up deeply immersed in the construction industry, Mr. Reyez's lifelong dedication and practiced leadership skills have allowed him to establish Reyez Construction as a premier and integral builder within the state of Arizona. 

Mr. Reyez began working with his father from an early age, watching and admiring the building process. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from ASU University as well as an MBA from Grand Canyon University. An innovative problem-solver by nature, he is passionate about finding new ways to navigate a constantly changing landscape within the construction industry while still keeping to the core principles instilled in him by his father. 

Mr. Reyez proudly calls Phoenix his home along with his wife and two children. As President and CEO, he looks forward to leading Reyez forward into its bright future, building upon the foundation laid by his father, Luis Reyez Sr., and paving the way for future generations to carry on the Reyez vision and principles.
