This project for a confidential client includes on-site and off-site development for a 190-acre, 240-megawatt data center campus containing multiple buildings. Scopes of work include mass grading, substation, access roadways, curb and gutter, wet and dry utility infrastructure, irrigation and storm water management.

Building construction includes one 36 MW hyperscale data center and one 6 MW data center consisting of core and shell construction, concrete equipment pads, electrical and fiber utility infrastructure. The project team has worked closely with utilities to meet critical schedule milestones.
