Having begun his construction career working hands-on in the field straight out of university, William Bailey worked his way up to become a Superintendent before transitioning into his current role as Vice President of Operations Support. He applies his knowledge and experience gained in the field to support operations across all of Reyez Construction's offices.

William graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and was a member of the University of Arizona's A Chi Epsilon Civil Engineering Honor Society.

A proud alumnus, you can find Bailey rooting for the Wildcats on the weekends, hunting, or spending time with his wife and two kids.
