Originally from Morelia in Michoacán, Mexico, Juan supports the members of the Reyez family as Vice President of People Services. He ensures the effective and efficient execution of Reyez Construction’s People Services, making it so we can better serve our clients as Arizona’s premier builder. Juan received his degree from Rio Salado College in Human Resource Management, and has applied this knowledge to unite every man and woman that makes up Reyez. He understands that it's people that keep the lights on and keep the momentum going. He makes it his mission to protect and strengthen those within the company.

Juan enjoys telling dad jokes and spending time with his wife and five children. His free time is undoubtedly busy supporting his full house, including their two dogs and three chickens.
